Registration is now SOLD OUT – but we are operating a cancellations waiting list for when people cancel, which is also full. Attendance for 1 person at Eurofest is £200 (GBP) per person. This includes 2 evening meals – one on the Friday and one on the Saturday.

- Stormont show parking (on Saturday) is limited to DeLorean cars only
- Parking is included at our city car park for DeLorean cars only at any time on Thursday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday. Parking for other cars is available and payable locally.
Immediately after filling in your details and pressing “place order” you will receive a confirmation email. This is NOT confirmation that you are booked in for the event – this is confirmation that you are on the cancellations waiting list. Once/if we have a ticket available we will be in touch via email with a payment link on a 48 hour deadline. Only after payment of £200GBP per person will you be fully booked in for the event. If you haven’t got a confirmation email then you are NOT on the waiting list. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK FOLDER IF YOU DON’T SEE THE EMAIL. Remember also to reserve a hotel room!
Most people currently on the list have already been offered a place at least once, and haven’t responded, so there is hope! But the list is quite large and we will look to remove people who don’t respond from the list to allow as many people as possible a fair chance. Please only join this list if you are serious about attending and are prepared to confirm/pay quickly when contacted.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non transferable
Cancel anytime in 2025: Full Refund- Cancel before March 1st: A deduction of £10 per person will be made to cover admin/processing fees, with the rest refunded
- Cancel March 1st 2026 – May 12th 2026: A deduction of £25 per person will be made to cover admin/processing fees, with the rest refunded
- Cancel after May 12th 2026 – No refund
